CLINICAL LIAISON

$60,000 + UNCAPPED COMMISSION + CAR ALLOWANCE

OVERVIEW: SAVE A MILLION LIVES! The Clinical Liaison serves to develop and maintain key relationships that generate admissions to Landmark facilities with every Hospital, Psyciatric Facility, and medical/clinical groups.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Performs Market Research across the defined territory to identify target accounts
  • Cultivates new relationships with Hospitals, Psyciatric facilities, Urgent Care Centers, Physician Groups, and Large Clinical Groups of at least 10 practitioners
  • Must visit every hospital, every shift, at least every week, within the defined territory.
  • Obtains at least 30 touches per week from non-Hospital accounts, visiting them, dropping brouchures, and providing educational resources.
  • Deliversat least one pitch deck per month to obtain strategic relationship with Hospital or equivalent large group to be referral partner of choice (i.e. Time Team or equivalent)
  • Maintain accuracy and up to date status of CRM activities.
  • Maintains Continuing Education program to provide CE credits monthly for targeted nurses, social workers, and other practitioners
  • Ensures substantial attendance at CE workshops (10+ monthly)
  • Ensures healthy sign up for Landmark list serve monthly email generated by marketing (at least 50)
  • Utilizes marketing generated pamphlets about relevant articles to target population weekly
  • Generates at least 12 commercial admissions per month within six months of facility opening or start date

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and TRAINING:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent field preferred
  • Must have a proven history of generating strong relationships with Hospitals and other clinical practitioners
  • Minimum 3 years experience in an outside sales or outside marketing position
  • Must be committed to drug-free lifestyle and responsible alcohol use
  • Personal passion or interest in substance abuse issues strongly preferred

  • Proficient at Office 365
  • Proficient is using a CRM
